Founded in 2007 Xi'an Tangfeng Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Gaoling District, Xi 'an City. It is a modern machining enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing and sales. The company focuses on the manufacture of coal mine machinery parts and large-scale welding structural parts, CNC precision CNC machining parts, with more than 100 sets of various advanced processing equipment (sets), covering floor boring and milling, gantry processing, CNC turning, laser cutting, welding molding, spraying and other full process capabilities, and can undertake one-stop orders from blanking, riveting, machining to surface treatment. The products are widely used in coal mines, construction machinery, metallurgical mines and other fields, and have established long-term stable cooperation with many large domestic coal machine enterprises. Quality system

The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and its products comply with CE standards. The entire process from raw material procurement, welding process, machining to final inspection is controlled to ensure stable and reliable delivery quality.

Quality control relies on three-dimensional coordinate measuring machines, universal material testing machines and non-destructive testing equipment such as magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing to strictly inspect key dimensions, geometric tolerances and welding quality; first article inspection, process inspection and final inspection systems are strictly implemented to ensure that every product meets the requirements of drawings and technical standards.

Processing capacity

The company has more than 100 units (sets) of various types of advanced processing equipment, including large-scale floor-standing boring and milling machines, gantry machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC boring machines, laser cutting machines, CNC flame cutting machines, welding robots, automatic welding workstations, sandblasting rooms, spraying rooms and three-dimensional coordinate measuring machines and other testing equipment, which can meet the high-precision processing needs of large structural parts.

Core processing capabilities: maximum processing size of 6 meters × 3.2 meters, maximum processing accuracy of 0.009mm, maximum flame cutting thickness of 250mm, maximum laser cutting thickness of 50mm, maximum turning diameter of 1600mm, and can undertake the processing and manufacturing of various large non-standard structural parts and heavy machinery parts.
